Originally written in 2014, this show has been repurposed and overhauled with new music selections to make the copyright costs more affordable! Synesthesia is a perceptual phenomenon in which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway. Basically, people with Synesthesia see colors when they hear sounds. This show is a visual designer's dream! The three primary colors are represented with instrument groupings but every time those instrument groupings are combined, the music they are playing changes to match the new color that is represented when those original two primary colors are combined. The ballad explores the beauty of light and the closer uses "Over the Rainbow" to portray the entire spectrum of colors that are seen in a rainbow. This show took FOREVER to write! But now you and your ensemble get to enjoy it.
