Our country is going through some difficult times. This show gives you and your ensemble the chance to portray and mourn multiple tragedies that our country is going through without being tied to one in particular. At the time this show was written, it was dedicated to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing as well as the Sandy-Hook Elementary shooting victims. Whatever you want to dedicate this show to, you will enjoy the heavy emotion that this show brings. The first movement represents the child-like innocence of our country. The second movement represents a day of wrath, which could be any tragedy you select. The last movement represents hope by making use of Horatio Spafford's "It Is Well With My Soul".

Editor's Note: I am currently working on a version of this show that does not use string soloists.
